Good advice to my ECE 331 Fall'07 students:
- Start getting serious about registers, flip-flops, and sequential
circuits in general: you will need to know those. Learn outside the
classroom: read chapters 7 and 8 carerfully.
- Under the "links" site you'll find the three handouts from recitation, where a carry lookahead was implemented in VHDL.
- Extra drill problems referring to homework 10 should help you with flip-flop practice.
- If you are wondering about base conversion, binary numbers, drill problems, etc - check these links .
