In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. This helps us track how well we're doing. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number  allowing you to track your service request progress and responses online. You can also review previous tickets.For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid gmu.edu or gmail email address is required to submit a ticket.
